Economy
Rent, Don't Buy, Your Home
(Yahoo! Real Estate)
When the housing market slumps - as it has every 10 or 15 years for the past several decades - home ownership becomes little more than renting, [except] from a bank. That's an interesting take that I haven't heard before. But, of course, there are other benefits to being an owner that are pretty important to insuring your quality-of-life, and I don't think it's a dream that should be given up so easily.
