Ready for Downsizing?
(Darwin)
Anyone working in a large organization knows that it takes considerably more to create a new position than to fill a vacancy of an existing position, making it unlikely that all the positions being eliminated in these times will be back any time soon. Are we witnessing the beginning of the end of work, as we know it? What will people do if they don't have a job to do? The end of work will not be the end of the world, just the beginning of something new.
